This session will provide insight into the current real estate market--macroeconomic influences, residential data, lending environment, as well as challenges and opportunities in stability and growth.

This seminar will focus on the determination of the unit of property, betterments, restorations and adaptations to new or different use.

Jodi Bloom-Piccione, CPA is a partner in the East Meadow, New York office of Raich Ende Malter & Co., LLP. She joined the firm in 1996 after working for several New York City accounting firms. She has over twenty years of public accounting experience and specializes in providing tax and consulting services to clients in the real estate industry and high net worth individuals.

Ms. Bloom-Piccione earned a Master of Science degree in taxation and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.

Gordon Cameron is the Credit Executive for Residential Real Estate and Education Lending within Consumer Lending of PNC Bank, a member of The PNC Financial Services Group. He has held numerous executive positions within the financial services industry, including Chief Scientist at Fair Isaac on the FICO credit score; Hecht-Nielson Neural Computing, a firm that specialized in artificial intelligence; and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto.

Mr. Cameron holds multiple US patents for analytical and statistical methods for converting large unstructured data into mathematical algorithms with literally hundreds of models developed and implemented over the past two decades. He has expert knowledge of retail banking, consumer marketing, Big Data analytics, quantitative risk analytics, NPV and economic profit modeling while ensuring compliance in a complex regulatory environment.

Mr. Cameron holds a BS in Finance from Penn State and an MBA from Widener University. Gordon is an avid follower of Horse and Hound and is currently the Master of Foxhounds for the Chagrin Valley Hunt in Gates Mills Ohio. He lives in Chagrin Falls Ohio with his wife Joan and their black Lab, Cali.

George Jacobs

George Jacobs has been active in the real estate market since 1974 and founded Jacobs Enterprises (JEI) in 1990. Prior to this he was a principal with Hartz Mountain Industries in Secaucus where he was a partner and active in the development of over 20 millionn square feet. His most prominent recent projects include the acquisition and redevelopment of the 230,000 square foot Styertowne Shopping Center and 375-unit Styertowne Apartment complex in Clifton, the $70 million mixed-use Livingston Town Center, the new downtown in Livingston New Jersey, and the acquisition and renovation of the Summit Opera House in Summit New Jersey.

Mr. Jacobs received his undergraduate education at Rutgers College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. He is licensed as a City Planner in the State of New Jersey, and as a Real Estate Broker in the State of New Jersey.

John J. Zarrillo is the Senior Vice President and Business Banking Manager of PNC Bank, a member of The PNC Financial Services Group. He is a 23 year banking professional, the last 16 years have been spent with a concentration in Commercial and Small Business Banking. Today, he leads a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers who are responsible for the financial well-being of over 2000 of PNC’s highest valued Business clients.

Mr. Zarrillo has received multiple awards during his time at PNC, such as Circle of Excellence, which is one of PNC’s highest individual honors for performance and service excellence. Although, he would tell you what he is most proud of is the countless awards of recognition members of his team have received over the years, which provided many the opening for the next chapter in there career journey at PNC.

Mr. Zarrillo is a former baseball player, however when he can find time will still play competitively today. He lives in West Caldwell NJ with his wife Stephanie, Daughter’s Ariana, Gianna and Son’s Michael and Angelo.
