James D. King serves as president and chief investment officer of both Institutional Advisors and National Penn Investors Trust Company, overseeing all company activities, guiding the firm’s investment philosophy and outlook, and supervising investment management strategies. He.has worked in the Investment Services Industry since 1978 when he joined Dean Witter Reynolds of Wayne, Pennsylvania as a licensed securities broker. He later served in a similar position at Thomson McKinnon Securities in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In 1989 he joined Meridian Asset Management where he led the investment management function for the Philadelphia wealth management group. In 1994, he joined National Penn Bancshares and helped form National Penn Investors Trust Company, an affiliate of Institutional Advisors, LLC.

Mr. King is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and the Central Atlantic School of Trust. Active in the community, he serves on the Audit and Finance Committee for Phoebe Ministries and he is a board member and chairman of the Finance Committee of the Montgomery County Community College Foundation. Professionally, he is a member of both the CFA Institute and Bond Club of Philadelphia, as well as an affiliate member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. Timothy Snyder, is Senior Vice President - Director of Specialized Banking Services at National Penn. His responsibilities include sales results for Cash Management, Government Banking, International and Merchant Services. He leads a team of highly qualified individuals that are charged with growing fee income and ongoing support for the banks commercial customer base.

Mr. Snyder earned a BS at Johnson and Wales University.
