Joseph Accardi is the NY/NJ Market Leader for the Asset-Based Lending Division of Santander, with responsibility for portfolio management and new business development. Over 30 years, he has been directly involved in financial structurings of senior debt in the middle market for institutions such as NatWest, National Bank of Canada, and Siemens Financial.

Mr. Accardi served as a faculty member at the New York Institute of Credit for 16 years, and has served on several committees of the Commercial Finance Association and charitable organizations including Eva’s Village and Tomorrow’s Children’s Institute.

Howard Dorman has more than 30 years of professional experience providing audit, tax, and accounting services to privately held companies and service firms. Mr. Dorman has offered these services to companies operating in manufacturing & distribution with a strong emphasis on the Food and Beverage Industry, specialty finance as well as to health care organizations. A particular area of specialty is in guiding those closely held and family-owned and operated businesses in their strategic planning efforts. In this process, Howard assists clients in obtaining bank financing, navigating through complex merger and acquisition procedures, and management facilitation issues. Additionally, he works with business owners to formulate the succession and exit strategy plans that will work most effectively for both the business and the business owner. An active professional in the New Jersey business community, Howard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Garden State Credit Association, International Factor Association, New Jersey Food Council and Association of Food Industries. Mr. Dorman is currently on the Board of Directors of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. He has served as past trustee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dorman currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Holocaust Human Rights and Genocide Education at Brookdale College (CHHANGE). This is a not for profit organization whose mission is to be a resource for education about historical issues of the Holocaust and genocide; elimination all forms of prejudice that damage our society and development of outstanding creative programs and activities regarding these crucial human issues. www.chhange.org Howard is often quoted as an industry specialist in the New Jersey press, including COMMERCE and NJBIZ magazines, and is a frequent contributor to the firm’s newsletter, The Wiser Edge. Hansen has three decades of business experience in commercial lending, investment banking, leveraged finance, business management, corporate development, strategic planning and sales & marketing. Mr. Hansen joined Dominick and Dickerman in 2010. His banking and finance experience includes 12 years with JP Morgan Chase: in leveraged finance, as an investment banker covering large and medium sized corporations, and as a merger and acquisition specialist. Mr. Hansen spent 7 years at Bank of America/Fleet Securities, where he was responsible for capital markets and M&A advisory for the New York and New Jersey mid-market. Mr. Hansen was a partner at a private equity firm, Corporate Fuel Partners and a co-founder and former active partner of its affiliated boutique investment banking firm. He received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and graduated from the University of Illinois with honors in Finance. Mr. Hansen currently holds the series 7, 24, 63 and 79 FINRA Licenses.
