OVERVIEW

Christopher DeMatteis will discuss the role of the Mortgage Loan Originator, Underwriter and CPA in the residential mortgage qualification and approval process. As well as, discuss lending regulations, application of Schedule Analysis Method (SAM) for self-employed individuals and issues that arise for self-employed individuals and remedies that avoid the use of comfort letters. Mr. DeMatteis will also discuss current and future developments in loan products and the qualification process.
