Howard J. Bookbinder, CPA, practices in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, and is a former instructor of accounting and taxation at Rutgers University. Additionally, he frequently lectures on federal tax updates, payroll tax issues, ethics and Circular 230. Mr. Bookbinder has addressed many professional, civic and community groups in New Jersey, Ohio, New York, Alabama and Georgia, including the American Society of Women Accountants, Mended Hearts, Bergen County Bar Association, Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, AARP, The Telephone Pioneers and NCCPAP. He has also lectured to firms on an in-house basis in the area of professional ethics and taxation. Mr. Bookbinder is a frequent lecturer at many tax seminars sponsored by the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the AICPA, Kean University, Rowan University and the Internal Revenue Service. He served as chairman of the Cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service for four years and is a current member of the New Jersey State Tax Committee. He has been involved with the Internal Revenue Service symposiums for IRS employees and tax practitioners for the past several years. He is a past president of the Bergen Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and a past trustee of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He is a contributing author for the Bergen Record’s Tax Mailbag column, and has appeared on the cable TV program of the same name. Mr. Bookbinder is the author of Write-up Services for Small Businesses, a book published by the AICPA. Mr. Bookbinder is a graduate of Pace University and has attended the American Institute of Banking.

Robert Glantz began his Internal Revenue Service career in 1991 as a tax fraud investigative aide with the Criminal Investigation Division. He was promoted to the Special Agent position in 1993. Criminal Investigation serves the American public by investigating potential criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code and related financial crimes in a manner that fosters confidence in the tax system and compliance with the law.

Special Agent Glantz is currently the public information officer for IRS Criminal Investigation's, Newark Field Office, disseminating noteworthy information to the public. Special Agent Glantz frequently speaks about IRS-Criminal Investigations to professional organizations, as well as college and high school students.

Prior to becoming the Public Information Officer, Special Agent Glantz spent 10 years specializing in public corruption investigations pertaining to tax matters and related financial crimes. He has also participated in a myriad of other tax fraud investigations, including those of unscrupulous tax return preparers, individuals who embezzled funds from their employers, as well as business owners skimming cash from their businesses.

Tedd J. Kochman has spent his entire legal career as a management-side labor and employment law practitioner, representing both large and small companies in connection with a wide array of labor and employment matters. His practice encompasses all aspects of traditional labor law, day-to-day employment law and human resources counseling, handling workplace training activities and compliance, and involvement with employment discrimination litigation.

Additionally, Tedd is an active speaker throughout the New York-New Jersey Tri-State area and provides workplace training on topics such as workplace compliance, anti-harassment; union avoidance; employment law standards, and wage and hour audits.

Tedd serves on Littler Mendelson's National Diversity Council. Prior to joining private practice, Tedd was a legal clerk to National Labor Relations Board member, Charles I. Cohen, in Washington, D.C. In law school, he was a member and articles editor of Georgetown University's American Criminal Law Review. He also was a member of Georgetown Law's Clinical Program.
