Gaye Eschenbach, CPA, is a manager in accounting services at EisnerAmper LLP. Ms. Eschenbach’s responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing accounting technical support, training and skills development, and integrating timely, effective tax planning for her entrepreneurial clients of all sizes. With 20 years of experience, her expertise covers many industries including manufacturing, not-for-profits, professional services and wholesale distribution. Ms. Eschenbach earned her bachelor’s in economics with a CPA tract from Douglass College, Rutgers University. She is currently pursuing her master’s in taxation and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce.

Margaret Gallagher

Margaret F. Gallagher, CPA

Margaret (“Peggy”) Gallagher, CPA, is in the Technical Resources department at WithumSmith+Brown’s Morristown office. Ms. Gallagher focuses her work on interpreting and applying technical accounting and auditing standards, and independence matters. With more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience, her industry expertise includes manufacturing, distribution, construction, life sciences, real estate, non-profits and employee benefit plans. A frequent lecturer, she develops and presents accounting and auditing education classes for statewide audiences.

Ms. Gallagher is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and serves on the NJCPA Accounting and Auditing Interest Group. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a board member of Student/Partner -Alliance, Millburn, NJ. Ms. Gallagher received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairfield University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was awarded the 2013 NJ BIZ Best 50 Women in Business Award.

Jaime Gilmore

Jaime Gilmore is a Senior Audit Manager at EisnerAmper. With over seven years of experience, Ms. Gilmore manages engagement teams that perform audit services for clients in a variety of industries, including software and biotechnology. She’s also the Senior Manager on the audit engagement for the firm’s largest publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange as an accelerated filer with an enterprise value in excess of $120 million. She effectively communicates with clients in order to provide them the highest possible service and works closely with staff as a mentor and teacher. Jamie has experience in SEC compliance, business combinations, revenue recognition, equity based compensation and other complex equity instruments. She also assists in the development of professional education courses within EisnerAmper University on such topics as audit risk assessment in complex audits as well as those noted above. Ms. Gilmore is a member of the Firm’s Public Companies and Life Sciences Technology Groups, and industry groups such as NJ Bio and the Licensing Executives Society (LES) of the USA and Canada. In addition, She is dedicated to giving back to the community through her annual participation in the NJSCPA sponsored Scholar’s Institute and the Pay It Forward programs. She is also a frequent contributor to the firm’s technology blog. Ms. Gilmore is a cum laude graduate of James Madison University, where she earned a BS in Business Administration. She also earned her MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).

Stacey Painter

Stacey Painter, CPA, licensed as a CPA in Wisconsin, is the Director of Loscalzo Associates Ltd., a division of SmartPros Ltd., a Kaplan company. Stacey has been providing technical training to audiences across the country on subjects ranging from International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and related FASB/IASB joint projects, to Audit and Attest Standards. Stacey has over 20 years of experience in both the public and private industry. Before joining Loscalzo Associates, Stacey spent 13 years with Resources Global Professionals, most recently as the Managing Director of Accounting and Finance Services. In this capacity, Stacey worked with the firm’s U.S. offices in developing go-to-market strategies around accounting initiatives, as well as providing technical training on site to firm clients. Prior to joining Resources, Stacey was the Corporate Controller of Square Two Golf, a publicly-traded manufacturer of golf equipment. Here, she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting (SEC), planning and budgeting, Human Resources, and Internal Control. At the start of her career, Stacey spent six years at Deloitte & Touche, auditing clients ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in revenue. Stacey received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pace University in New York. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
