Coach Dave will describe what he has learned from working alongside hundreds of business owners and the strategies that you can employ to become more successful. Many of these techniques and ideas are outside the traditional CPA and client relationship, but as a valued center of influence, you can make a huge difference in an expanded professional role. Additionally, the same strategies will work to help you focus on and improve your practice.
