He has actively volunteered over the years with numerous community and non-profit organizations.

Laurence E. Morier, III, Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer joined Sturdy Savings Bank in June 2013. Mr. Morier has more than 30 years experience in the financial and lending fields.

Mr. Morier previously served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Cape Bank’s Commercial Lending Division. He was a commercial and business construction lender early in his career, having worked for the former Union Trust Company, Marine National Bank and First Pennsylvania Bank. Morier was responsible for commercial mortgage banking on a national level as a partner and the President of Quaker Capital. He previously served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Morey Organization in Wildwood for 12 years, and as Treasurer of the DeMutis Group of Phoenixville, Pa.

He has actively volunteered over the years with numerous community and non-profit organizations.
